In Ward Howell, each consultant acts as “Account Director” for all the clients with whom he or she has the personal contact. The consultant will be fully responsible to the client for all aspects of each assignment including the effectiveness and professionalism of the search and the due-diligence.
Therefore, the client will always have one point of contact, who will coordinate the efforts of all the Ward Howell staff engaged on a particular assignment. The aim is always to provide the most time and cost effective solution for the engagement that has been entrusted to us.
Each consultant within the structure of Ward Howell is self-managing and responsible for the total quality of the work put before our clients. This personalised approach is greatly appreciated by our clients and has led to very high rates of repeat business; indeed, many of our clients have been working with us for many years, some even since the start-up of the company.
We concentrate on working with a select number of clients to whom we provide this personalised service. It is not our intention to increase greatly the number of clients as this may bring “off-limits” problems. We prefer to add our overall knowledge of the client company, which is relationship-based, to an in-depth understanding of the level of responsibility, tasks and specific objectives for each position. In this way, we ensure that those who are hired will quickly adapt to, and be in tune with, the culture of the company.
